The CastorDoc project, actively pursued by I3 Solevo and W4Y, has delivered a connector toward a documental system inside web 2.0 solution to reach an higher automation level on the documental process. This connector, which will be further enriched and strengthened, is a bridge between the web applications in JEE world and Alfresco^®, the main Open documental platform. With CastorDoc its possible to save a lot of  money (by accessing Open Source and Free platform), saving time to start solutions and increasing service quality. 

    The project already delivered release 1.0. Here's the project base roadmap:

• release 1.0: web interface providing the Documental Solution base functionality
• release 1.1: functionalities to interface structured data (inside relational Database table) against not structured data (documents and folders).
